When we feel in love with life, when it seems as if nothing could possibly go wrong, sometimes all it takes is a few words, or a particular look from another, and our good mood is shattered into a thousand pieces. How can love be so transitory, so fickle we might wonder?
But what if we come out of our thoughts and into our neglected world of sensation? What if we can open to that eruption of boiling energy? Then, as the mental divisions melt away, we realise our mis-take. Love is not a feeling that comes and goes, but the unchanging essence of being, within which everything comes and goes.
