Outstretched Hand

Sometimes life can seem like a blur of demands and expectations. The body tenses, the breath becomes shallow and a mild sense of panic ensues. What if this reaction is not ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’ but comes as an outstretched hand, inviting us to recognise our real nature once again, beckoning us to see that what we truly are could never be overwhelmed, is the very capacity within and out of which all and everything is made? In that paradigm shift the panic naturally abates, transmuting into joy, and the wonder that anything is even happening at all.
