Your ideas are criticised and it hurts, really hurts. You feel discarded, rejected, cut open emotionally. Maybe you try to escape the rawness by being aggressive, “How dare they, how rude!” Or perhaps you try to numb the pain, becoming distant and unresponsive. You are Infinite Being!” It’s when that voice is truly heard that you’re free to feel the discomfort, free to receive the criticism, free to reflect impartially, free to move on.
